Guided Meditation Practice ( I like to visualize something calming or something that makes me happy.)

Sit or lie down in a quiet place. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a moment, and exhale gently through your mouth Repeat this for a few cycles.

Then a big deep cleansing breath in through the nose hold for 3 sec and out through the mouth.

As you breathe, thoughts may come and go. Acknowledge them without judgment and gently bring your focus back to your breath.

After a few minutes, slowly open your eyes and take a moment to feel gratitude for this time of calm and self-care.
